  It is an affordable way to link cardholders with appropriate network physicians. Network providers have agreed to offer pre negotiated, HMO style discounts directly to Immediacare HealthCare members in exchange for immediate payment from the member.

    Using the Immediacare  HealthCare directory cardholders can easily select a physician or other healthcare provider in their area. In exchange for these discounts, the cardholder is required to provide payment at the time of service.

How much does the Immediacare HealthCare Card cost?:

    The Immediacare HealthCare card is good for you and your entire immediate family for only $100. For a limited time, a complementary pharmacy card is included, a $50 value, at no additional cost. 

How long is the Immediacare HealthCare Card good for?:

      All Immediacare cards expire on December 31 of the issue year of the card.
